They can't blindly lie in their official correspondence just to cover their "back" , "undo" whatever they had done! "Unsay" whatever they had said!
How smart is Ferrier Hodgson? How careful is Ferrier Hodgson? How dedicated is Ferrier Hodgson in handling YZ receivership?
Well, again, another evidence! Monteiro, your are 70 years old, are you sure you still fit to be a receiver? Heng Ji Keng, come out and face us? You want to cover your mistakes and wrong-doings? Do you think is that easy? No way! Simply NO WAY!
Dumb Case 1. Look at the company's name in the correspondence, they recieved The Yoga Group Zone Sdn Bhd??? or The Yoga Zone Group Sdn Bhd??? My company will never have this happened, but a "porfessional receivership establishment"? What says you? Say sorry to yourself, Monteiro and Heng!
Dumb Case 2. The first employees meeting were held on 13th August 2008! Not 11th August 2008! Aren't you all in Ferrier Hodgson aware of this? Liar! Big fat liar that ruined YZ! Chances are high that you are simply the puppet of Lay Gaik!

so, why TJ was going all out to set aside the receivership? First: 6aug file in, then 7aug hearing, 8aug receivership.
second: 12sept, supposed set aside hearing date, TJ's lawyer check with the judge whether on or not, when TJ lawyer, Adrian was there, Judge MC!!! Then postpone to 14th oct.
third: terrier hodgson announced YZ ceasing operations on 30th sept, so after ceasing operations, what to set aside?

I thought you already presume, assume, and concluded that I'm the TJHIN CHEE KUNG ? Why do you still need further supporting evidence? Wah! Very smart wo, very clever, and very intelligent!
Darling, Montero is not my grandpa, and Heng Ji Keng is not my boy friend, so what! Of course this letter was sent to one of the directors/shareholders of YZ, why? Do you start to worry that TJ may have more evidence to reveal?
You should have very good eye sight, as you can see the very last line in the letter, BUT WHY CANT YOU OPEN YOUR EYES BIGGER TO SEE THE CONTENT?
YEAP! anyway, thanks for reminding another key word in the statement you mentioned- COMPLAINTS! so, FERRIER HODGSON is replying the complaints! You start to induce my curiosity of the complaints, should dig it out and reveal here also, if i can get the copy of the letter!
