7sins of YZ -- Chapter 2 The greedy gets greedier Part 1

As I mentioned in the first chapter, YZ was definitely one of the most well-paid company in Malaysia, especially in wellness industry. All the figures below were extracted from a comment posted by TJ in yogajess blog
Looking at the quality and experience of the previous management team and justifying whether their salaries were commensurate with their work performance or not, I can honestly tell you, they definitely have a tough time now even finding a job. If they can find a job, maybe 25% of the salary they got from YZ:
1. Stephanie Chia ( ex-Project and Operations Manager )
- RM 8,000 + full allowance
- This ex-Jinjang Joe ( heard from my consultant last time, Chryssandra, that she was really from Jinjang ) was only with LCCI qualifications and at the age of 29 years old, another blood-sucker for all the renovation projects in YZ, not only always delaying the projects and caused company's bad reputation, but also taking lots of advantage from the suppliers. She always release payments to those contractors who benefiting her as early as possible; but to others, keep on delaying ( some even more than 2 years ) the payments as she get no benefits from them.
2. Paullin L ( ex-sales manager )
- RM 9,000 + full allowance
- I don't know how on earth this TJ is so generous to pay for this amount of salary as it's equivalent to a regional bank manager salary ( or even higher! ) Gosh! Knowing that she used to be a credit controller in Celebrity Fitness, a normal credit controller can hardly get anything more than 4k, she should be appreciative towards an opportunity given by TJ to prove herself; this vampire worked the other way by cheating as much money as possible till even asking the club managers to "work" together with her. Ivan, the club manager in Sri Petaling was one of the victims to her strategy. Besides, she's also good in playing tactics, making up stories to eliminate those 'men' who threaten her position, included Nicolas, the ex-club manager of Puchong and the ex-group sales manager, Edwin were all sacrificed because of her anti-male policy.
3. Vivian G ( ex-GM )
- RM 8.500 + teaching = RM 10,000 and above
- Well, a bit sick to elaborate on her, kindly refer to all the comments I have written before, compile it, then slice into small pieces, use a fruit juice blender to blend it and flush it through the toilet bowl.
- Final say about her: Hopeless + Helpless + Speechless
4. Tan CB ( ex-Director of Corporate Affairs )
- RM 16,000 ??????????
- TJ, you must be crazy! What kind of 'affairs' that you need to pay this kind of salary? Are you getting insane? Are you too rich and have too much money to simply spend? Don't you have a more meaningful way to use your money?
- I knew from one of the Damas members that he's the husband of one of the members in Damas, Marie, the company secretary of YZ. In any professional firm, no one will let this happen as it's too easy to conspire. TJ, if you know nothing about business, then look for external consultancy firm like Ernst & Young, their consultancy fees is far more reasonable than you paying one headcount, at least you get more brains to assist you! See what happened now? Bringing in this kind of non-productive headcounts only speed up the death of YZ, my company was thinking of the ways to kick all this old ass out, but you are keeping them with your kindness like an old folk's home! Good! You deserve the YZ's failure!

Wah! I wonder Urban Yoga can pay this salary lor...
WOW. YZ pays the staff very well. I am not sure about the performance of the team, but from what happened to YZ today, i am sure the team is not capable to do their job at all. TJ, if you are seeing this, i hope you realize now that employee are still employee, they are meant to be slaved for the boss (sorry for those working for others). I understand you are trying to motivate your employees by paying them high, i was once have the same thinking. But too bad, at last i still need to face the reality of my most trusted staff betrayal and resigned. The worse thing i can see from your example is that your employee were not only not appreciative but they choose to escape like a coward when problems surface. I am really sorry about your situation.

Serena gets RM 125 one hour teaching, Ken RM 150 one hour,when Kim was in charge of YZ academy she gave herself RM 200 one hour!!! FXXk! They worth only 2 cents! her ex-personal assistant Lan Shiang told me! So fXXking unfair to the new teachers and always squeeze us! they ruined our rice bowl!

If everything published here are real and true, I don't see any reason why TJ can't sue the culprits. TJ should bring them all to the court and let the truth reveal to the public. Once all these are over, even though he has no money left but I believe he still has "YOGA" with him. He can start all over again like 5 years ago from small outlet, I believe he still has a lot of followers & supporters. I trust him now will be wiser when handling business after all the painful lessons...
TJ is broke now lah! He can only hope for next life! hahaha!

Tell you what, TJ can't even take care a dog, he threw his dog to his brother for 3 months ago, when his brother ready to give the dog to someone who can really take care and giving a good life to the dog, he called his brother and promised he will take back the dog very soon, but the promise already 2 months ago, TJ is a damn selfish guy, if cant take care the dog, how come still telling ppl he loves the dog so much? SHAME! Besides, he dont like to see anything better than him, he dont like people read his mind, he will do anything to destroy you if you read his mind! he gave a laptop to his brother's girl(BB) friend last time, one day he saw BB playing MSN using the laptop after the family dinner, he comes infront and tell "i want my laptop back, sorry, you can buy a new one by yourself if you can." for my thought, he so jealaus when see someone staying a life better than him... anyway... he's just a poor thing.

yes, you are right, TJ couldn't take care of his dogs, as he's staying in a low cost flat now with his parents, he couldn't even get a job thanks to all yours, "the fair comments".I look down on his brother Adwin, the only brother he has, taken their old house and staying in the master bedroom, throw all the stuffs of his parents, and also thereten his mom and TJ in one day, if they don't pick up the dogs by 10pm, he will through the dogs to the street. Yes, TJ is really a poor fellow now, thanks to the great brother, being so kind to him. I met TJ and his parents once recently, the parents show full support to TJ, why not to this "good" brother?

Ok, unfair, you dont know the full story? I think everybody knows the truth, so, explain is useless.
Let see, AH LOONG comes to TJ's parents to find TJ, but TJ's parents moved to flat because TJ.
Repeat again, AH LOONG find TJ because TJ owe them money, parents got hurt and moved to the flat not because parents owe someone money, it is because parents scare he will finish himself.(he ever mentioned to his parents)

If TJ is filthy rich as you said, why he needs to borrow from Ah Loong? You are conflicting in your words! Or maybe the parents are big gamblers? OR maybe his brother Adwin borrow the money from Ah Loong and push the responsibilities to him?
